Troubleshoot account or application issues as they come up

Escalate complex cases to the right team when needed

Support hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day people operations as our team grows.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication

Help onboard new hires and maintain employee records

Support internal policies and employee questions
